This page is about the forms, booking pages and check-in links run by Strong Jon. It says what is kept, who sees it, and for how long.

What is kept

• Your answers to any form you fill in here, with your name and email.
• The time of any call you book, and the calendar invite that goes with it.
• If you become a client: your weekly check-in answers and any measurements you type in, and a record of payments made through Stripe (amount, date, and the email on the payment, never card numbers).

Who sees it

Jon. The software runs on Vercel, the database is hosted by Neon, calendar invites and emails are sent through Jon's own Google account, payments are handled by Stripe, and error reports go to Sentry. Your name and email are added to the email list in ActiveCampaign when you fill in a form. If you become a client, your intake and diagnostic answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude to draft the plan for your first call. Those companies handle data on our behalf and do not use it for themselves. Nothing here is sold or shared with advertisers.

How long

Your forms, bookings, check-ins and payment records are kept as part of the business's records, including after we stop working together.
