Strong Jon Inc.
For online fitness coaches

You built the business you said you wanted, and Sunday evening still lands the way it does.

Sweet Spot Coaching is 1:1, with me. There are six layers to a coaching business, and most coaches only need two of them done properly. We measure where you are at the start and again at the end, so you can see the change on a chart.

We take things out before we add anything.

Start with The Mirror

The application takes about ten minutes and asks what a first call would ask.

You built something that works.

The numbers are fine and the calendar's full. What changed is the way it lands in your body when you think about your schedule on a Sunday evening.

That feeling has a name. It's The Drift, and it isn't about willpower. You went looking for the discipline problem and couldn't find it, because the business is still shaped like the person who built it, and you're not that person anymore.

I've coached content for 500+ online fitness coaches over the last 4 years, and the pattern barely changes. The belief in the work is still there. What's gone is the confidence about what to do next, and you've stopped admitting that out loud. If you've taken the diagnostic you saw your own version of that on the result screen, and that gap is what this is for.

You've already bought a plan.

It probably worked. Plans like that get built out of what worked for a few hundred coaches, and a few hundred coaches is not you at four in the afternoon with six check-ins open and a kid who needs a ride.

When it didn't fit, you said so. Somebody told you to trust the process. So you stopped saying it, and you went looking for the part of you that was broken.

Nothing was broken. You were running someone else's business inside your own.

That layer has a name. The Icing is your expertise and your perspective, the thing that makes your coaching yours. Coaches who drift from it start sounding like everyone else, and clients feel it before the coach does.

I ran mine on adrenaline for years.

At my peak I had 72 clients and a business that looked like success from every angle except mine. The month it looked best was the month I stopped recognizing myself. I have ADHD, and instead of structure I had adrenaline. Every week ran on my push.

I believed in the work completely. I couldn't have told you my next step. And the business was still shaped like the guy who started it in 2016, taking anyone who'd pay.

Getting out of that took me years, mostly because I was doing it without a map.

Sweet Spot Coaching is that map, and we walk it together.

What the six layers are.

Most coaches only need two of these done properly, and working out which two is my job. On our first call I read your chart, you tell me what a real Tuesday looks like, and then I tell you where we're spending our time. You don't pick from a menu.

If you've taken the diagnostic you already know the questions. The answers are the part nobody can hand you.

Core

Why am I doing this?

Who you are, what you stand for, and why you built this in the first place. Everything else takes its shape from here, so if this one's off then the work we do anywhere else is decoration.

Icing

What makes me stand out?

Your personality and what you've lived through. It's the layer where your content stops sounding like it could have come from anyone.

The Hole

What can I stop doing?

What you've stopped doing and who you're not for. Subtraction is the growth move. It's also the one you'll be most tempted to skip. If this is one of your layers, we don't move on until the cut is actually made.

Box

What structure will keep me consistent?

Your systems, and whether this thing keeps running the week you get sick or want to take a vacation, or whether every piece of it has to go through your hands.

Bite

What am I actually doing about it?

Doing the work, so the DMs, the posts, the recording, serving your clients properly, asking for the renewal. Confidence shows up once you're moving and not before.

Sprinkles

What small progress am I making today?

The small stuff, so complimenting somebody, or checking in on a client for no reason, or noticing your own progress for once.

Before we start you fill in the intake and take the diagnostic. Then we get on The Mirror, fifty minutes, and the two of us read your chart out loud together. You leave that call knowing which layers we're working.

What you're building toward.

A Wednesday afternoon with nothing in it. Not because work dried up. Because you put the space there and then left it alone.

Two offers instead of six, and they're the two you'd still want to deliver a year from now.

You post something and it sounds like you, because there's no script open in another window while you write it.

Someone asks for work that isn't yours to do, and you say no in one sentence without drafting the apology in your head first.

You take a Friday off without stressing, because the business is held up by structure now instead of by you being available.

Mostly it's a business you don't resent. That's the part I care about. The revenue holds, and I'm not going to promise you a number, because I don't know your market and anyone who does is guessing. Coaches who fix the fit stop bleeding money into work they resent.

What a week looks like.

The Mirror runs fifty minutes. After that we talk every other week, twenty to twenty-five minutes each, recorded so you can rewatch instead of taking notes. Every other week rather than every week is deliberate. Some cycles are a couple of hours at a desk. Others don't take much time at all, they just ask you to run a Tuesday differently and watch what falls over, and that needs longer than seven days to tell you anything.

Between calls you have a private channel to me. Something lands on a Wednesday, you don't hold it until the next one.

Before each call you post in our channel: what you did, what stuck, and what you're avoiding. I read it beforehand so we start in the middle of the thing rather than spending five minutes catching me up.

You get each worksheet when we start the layer it belongs to. Everything lives in your portal with the recordings and your chart.

There's also a twenty-five minute unstick call you book yourself when a message isn't enough.

By the end, that portal reads like a before and after.

You should already have a real business.

Sweet Spot Coaching is for an established coach with clients and revenue, where the problem is that none of it feels like yours anymore. You've outgrown your own setup and you can feel it.

If what you're after is more leads this month, this isn't that. The application asks, so say so there, and it saves us both a call. Sweet Spot Coaching works on the part of the business that decides whether you still want to run it, and it asks you to remove things before it lets you add anything.

By application.

Sweet Spot Coaching is 1:1, with me directly. Every piece of it is done by me, line by line, so I only take on a few at a time.

You can pay in full or spread it out, and I'll give you the numbers when we talk.

When I'm full, the next opening comes when someone finishes.

Questions coaches ask

How much time does this take each week?

One call, plus the work itself. Plan for two or three focused hours. Some layers run heavier than others, and the heavy ones are usually the ones that hand time back.

Do I need to take the diagnostic first?

It's free and it's how we start either way, so you may as well. If you've already taken it, bring your result to the application. Take the diagnostic.

What if I don't want to work the layer you pick?

Tell me and we'll talk about it, because you knowing something I can't see from a chart is useful.

What if I can't make the cut?

Then we stay there. If the Hole is one of your layers, nothing else proceeds until the cut is genuinely made. That gate is the program working.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. You can pay in full or spread it out. I'll give you the numbers when we talk.

1:1, with me

We start with The Mirror.

Nobody leaves over one thing. You leave over the ninth small thing you stopped mentioning, and by then you've usually spent a year deciding it was your fault.

By the end you'll know which parts of this business are yours to run, and you'll be able to see it, because we measure it at the start and again at the end.

I run every one of these calls myself, so I take on very few at a time.
