Strong Jon Inc.
For online fitness coaches

The likes come from other coaches, and the DMs stay quiet.

I've coached content for 500+ online fitness coaches over the last 4 years, and I'll spend five days on your last thirty days of posts working out where yours stops turning into clients. Next month's content comes back already written, in your voice.

Show me where mine leaks

Twelve questions, about five minutes. There's no payment on this page, and we talk before anything moves.

This only works if there are thirty days of posts on your account for me to go through, and if you're actually going to post the month I write. If you're earlier than that, the diagnostic is free and it's a better place to start.

You already make content. That's not the problem.

You show up, and you post the reels and the carousels and the stories, the whole rotation. The likes land, and the people watching you post every day are the ones you'd least like to admit this to. So you post more, and the extra volume buys you a busier week and the same client count.

Somewhere between your bio and your last 30 posts the sale is quietly falling through the floor, and from inside your own account you can't see where.

What lands in your inbox on day five

1

A line-by-line teardown of your last 30 days. I go through your Instagram myself, post by post, and show you where the content loses the sale.

2

Your next month of content, written for you. Bio rewritten, three posts a week, hooks included. Every word done, ready to use.

3

Your funnel's exact leak points, with the fix for each one.

4

A 15 to 20 minute Loom walking through all of it, so you know why every change was made.

5

Your stories, planned. What to post in them and what to skip. Stories are the cheapest surface you own and yours are probably empty.

6

A lead magnet, written for you. Right now a stranger who likes your reel has nowhere to go except your DMs or your checkout. This gives them a third option.

I've spent four years looking at accounts like yours.

The feedback you've bought before probably named what was wrong, then left you to write the fix yourself. That's the part I do differently, and here's why I can.

I've coached content for 500+ online fitness coaches over the last 4 years. That work came with a strange privilege, because I got to see behind thousands of coaching businesses, the ones that grew and the ones that stalled, and what their content did differently.

The coaches who sold weren't more creative. Their content just walked a stranger toward a decision instead of wandering. That walk has checkpoints, and when one is missing everything downstream goes quiet.

When I go through your last thirty days, I'm looking for the one checkpoint you're missing, not a list of everything wrong with your posts.

Your part is mostly talking.

A 25-minute call
Three voice notes, 90 seconds each
Some questions about you and who you coach

You still don't send me your posts, because I go through your last month on Instagram myself. What I ask for is you talking about your coaching for about half an hour in total, since the month of content I write has to sound like a person and not like a template. Then I go to work, and five days later the whole thing is in your hands.

10 founding spots at the founders rate.

I take four of these a month, because I write every one of them myself, and that's the only reason there's a number on it. It starts with a 25-minute call, so you know exactly what you're getting before anything else.

Every one of these is done by me, line by line, with no template and no team.

The guarantee is simple to check.

Post the month I write you. If it doesn't beat your last thirty days, I write you another month on me, and you keep everything, the rewrites, the hooks, the Loom, all of it. The numbers I measure are the ones that match your goal, so it's comments and story replies and saves if you're after clients, and views and shares if you're after reach.

I can make that offer because I already went through your last month, so I know what it did.

The conditions are short and they're all in the agreement you sign: post at least ten of the twelve pieces mostly as written, start within two weeks of delivery, claim within thirty days of the measurement month ending.

After the Teardown

If you want the fixes implemented with you instead of just handed over, we can keep working together month to month, and your full Teardown fee credits toward your first month of the retainer. There's also a twelve-week coaching spot if the work you need is bigger than content.

No pitch inside the Teardown itself. The Loom ends with one question: want me to run this with you?

Questions coaches ask

What if my niche is unusual?

The checkpoints between content and a paying client don't change with the niche. The voice and the hooks do, which is why yours get written from your own posts, not a template.

Will the rewrites sound like me?

They're built from you talking, not from your feed, and that's what the call and the voice notes are for. I built my own tool that holds your voice and writes against it, so what comes back is your phrasing rather than a template. That matters more than it used to. If you've been leaning on AI to get posts out lately, and a lot of coaches have, then your captions already sound like the tool instead of like you, and building from those would just hand your own AI back to you with better hooks on it. If a line still doesn't sound like you, say so, because my inbox stays open through all of it.

Do we get on a call?

One, and it's short. Twenty-five minutes up front, so we both know the Teardown fits before any money moves. The delivery itself has no calls, the Loom replaces them. You can watch it twice, pause it, and share it with nobody watching your reaction.

What happens after I pay?

You get the intake form right away, and we agree a start date between us. The five days run from that date, so nothing starts while you're on holiday or buried in a launch. Day 5, everything lands in your inbox.

Five days, done by me

Ten founding spots. Then full price.
